Terms of service
Please read the following Terms Of Service agreement before proceeding, then continue ordering. These policies are designed to protect the best interests of our customers as a whole. Unicast Stream TV's policy is to act as a neutral provider of access to the global Internet. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by us if it is decided that the account has been inappropriately used.
Any products and services to be provided to Client will be at a professional level of quality conforming to generally accepted industry standards and in compliance in all material respect with all applicable laws and regulations. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, Unicast Stream TV does not make and hereby disclaims any and all other warranties, expressed or implied including any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.Account creation and management:
Each hosting account/channel must be created under a company entity, not a person.
Content Restrictions
All services provided by Unicast Stream TV may be used for lawful purposes only. Unicast Stream TV is located the United States as the basis for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state, or Florida local law is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted or trademarked material and material protected by trade secret. Actual files, including but not limited to pirated software, hacker programs, cracks, and MP3 files, are strictly prohibited from being stored on any Unicast Stream TV servers.Examples of unacceptable content include, but are not limited to the following: Sites violating copyright which may include archives of music, movies or other video content. Users must own the copyright or be licensed to display the material. Fair use is considered. Unlicensed TV re-broadcasting sites are prohibited. Adult content is not permitted on shared hosting. On all other services websites must follow 2257 Regulations which require producers of sexually explicit material to obtain proof of age for every model they shoot, and retain those records.
- Any type of revenge porn, gore or content that appears to be underage including cartoons or animation is not permitted on any services at Unicast Stream TV.
Storage and bandwidth limits:
Each hosting account/channel storage is limited to one piece of content with multiple episodes. Each hosting plan has a pre-set limit on the amount of bandwidth. Any additional bandwidth used over the chosen hosting plan will be billed at the pre-set price per gig of the plan. Client have the option to upgrade the plan at anytime.
Payment terms:
All hosting accounts have no contract and is on a month-to-month bases until client cancel the account. Client authorise Unicast Stream TV to billed client payment method of choice on a monthly recurring bases until client cancel the account.
Data backup and restoration:
Clients are responsible for frequently backing up their files on our system. Unicast Stream TV cannot be held responsible for the deletion of users' files, whether intentional or unintentional.
Security obligations:
User is responsible for protecting user name and password from unauthorized use.
Intellectual property:
The content hosted on our server are sorely owned by the company entity of the content creator/s that produced the content. Unicast Stream TV have the exclusive world wide rights in perpetuity to distribute the content on our platform to the subscribers. Unicast Stream TV owns the platform and the subscribers account. Our clients own the content.
Service disruptions and downtime:
Unicast Stream TV is not responsible for disruption and downtime beyond Unicast Stream TV's control.
Termination of service:
Unicast Stream TV can terminate a customer's account, including non-payment or violation of terms.
Host has the right, but not the duty, to review and monitor all content submitted for or included on the Web Site, and in its sole discretion to remove any content that Host finds objectionable for any reason without prior notice to Owner.
Limitation of liability:
Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Host disclaims any and all express warranties, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties of merchantability. Host will not be liable for any loss of business or profits, or for any consequential, incidental, punitive, or similar damages, or, other than as set forth in this agreement, for claims of damages made by any third party for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort, including negligence, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Each party acknowledges that this limitation of liability reflects an informed, voluntary allocation between the parties of the risks (known and unknown) that may exist in connection with this agreement. In no event will Host's liability exceed the total price as defined in this Agreement.
Indemnity
Client is solely responsible for any liability arising out of or related to the Web Site. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Host harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and experts' fees, associated with any claim or action brought against Host related to or arising out of the Web Site or Owner's breach of its warranties under this Agreement. This indemnification agreement will survive termination of this Agreement.

Governing law and dispute resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (without respect to principles of conflicts of law), and the Parties submit to jurisdiction of and venue in the State of Florida in any legal proceeding necessary to interpret or enforce this Agreement or any part of this Agreement. Any dispute under this Agreement shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the parties hereto. If the Parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each Party shall select one arbitrator and both arbitrators shall then select a third. The third arbitrator so selected shall arbitrate said dispute. The arbitration shall be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in force and effect.
